Practice Groups

NVC practice groups are groups of individuals (usually of varying experience) who meet together to practice NVC and share empathy. All the groups are different, as they cater for the needs of individual members. You will find some groups are peer led; others may follow a workbook: while others are supported by a coach. Some groups only accept members who have done a 2 day NVC foundation training, or equivalent, to be sure that the group keeps a focus on ‘practice’. Some groups are free, some by donation, and some request a pre-determined amount.

We make no claims about the experience, expertise or range of skills that any individual leading a practice group may possess. We urge you to do your own ‘due diligence’. You may want to join the group on a trial basis first, to see if it’s for you.
