Drawing on the work of international trainers Robert Gonzales and Susan Skye, this workshop explores transformative ways of relating to our unmet needs.

We’ll be introducing a process called Differentiation — an approach that helps create distance from the stories we tell ourselves, the ones that so often leave us stuck and in pain.

This one-day, in-person course uses the Transforming the Pain Dance Floor map, developed by Bridget Belgrave and Gina Lawrie, to help us:

• Uncover the stories that keep us stuck
• Bring curiosity, compassion and kindness to the parts of us in pain
• Transform pain into richness and beauty
• Dwell in our heart’s true longings and yearnings

Who is this training for?

• This course is for those who want to deepen their understanding and experience of NVC in theory and practice.  A prerequisite is that will have completed a two-day foundation training in NVC, or equivalent, and want to integrate and embody NVC more fully in your life. will ensure a common foundation for intermediate-level engagement and practice.

You will receive an electronic certificate for this training.

FEES:

Individual rates (If you are paying for the training from your own pocket)

£165: If you earn less than £25k before tax

£205: If you earn between £25k – £45k before tax

£265: If you earn over £45k before tax

I will offer a refund minus a £8 admin fee, up until 10 days before the course begins, and after that, I will issue a credit note valid for 1 year to attend another intermediate course online or to go towards a 1-2-1 coaching session. Please see my full cancellation and refund policy.

Carolyn Davies is a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication. A filmmaker by profession she is passionate about the potential NVC has to transform relationships with family, friends and work colleagues.

I work closely with London Certified Trainers – Cath Burke, Ceri Buckmaster, Daren De Witt, and Tracy Seed. Together we are the NVC Pathway Partners, a collaborative group of London-based CNVC Certified Trainers working together to offer you clear learning and progression options to suit you.  We are committed to creating community and a supportive network for those learning, living and sharing NVC in London.
