level 2 requests lemons

✨“Daring to make requests is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk being disappointed.”

That’s the invitation of Requests to Restore Flow — a 6-hour NVC masterclass exploring the courage it takes to ask for what you need and the art of resourcing yourself to be with whatever happens next.

We will:

  • look at what resentment and anger around Requests might be telling us,
  • practise together through role play
  • discover how liberating it feels when requests are made and heard.
  • resource ourselves for when Requests seem impossible or go unheard due to imprints of power or trauma

Learn to ask. Learn to listen. Learn to flow with life.

✨ This is for post beginner and Intermediate level. Make sure you have done a Foundation training first.

Do you want to know more? See if any of these questions resonate for you ….

Do you want to better understand the relationship between request/demand and boundaries (in particular in relation to different power relationships)?

Do you want to practice saying no  other people’s requests, hearing no to your request and bringing empathy to both of these?

Do you want to learn how requests can  restore flow to negotiations and tricky conversations?

Do you want to explore what you can do when making requests is difficult or even impossible?

If so, this training might be a good fit for you.

This training is a mixture of Presentation, small group, large group debrief and discussion – it’s highly practical.
