Do you have an inner critic or beliefs that stop you from fully meeting your needs with care? Would you like to find a way of transforming this? This training presents tools for self compassion  It is offered over a weekend 2 x half days 9.30 – 1.30pm both days (including a half hour break) Each session includes 30 mins mindful movement to support the embodiment of NVC Practices.

On this weekend 2 session course, we dive into the world of our inner being.

The invitation is to cultivate self-empathy and compassion through NVC experiential exercises which include: listening, discussion, meditation, movement, and contemplation.

The focus is to deepen our understanding of the language your mind, emotion, and body speaks.

  • Discover what prevents you from taking action to meet your needs fully.
  • Translate your inner judgments and beliefs through empathic presence and understanding.
  • Transform the enemy images you may have created about yourself or others
  • Cultivate more compassion in your life

Each session includes a 30 min break and around 30 minutes of conscious movement and dance connection to support the integration of Nonviolent communication practice.

You will be invited to share some of your personal life situations, for the purpose of learning and practicing NVC. It is important that you take some time to consider which experiences, you feel open to sharing, prior to joining.

Why include movement in this NVC intermediate training?

Mindful movement and dance works directly to increase somatic awareness, support your nervous system to regulate, it strengthens resilience, wellbeing and the authentic connection with your self and other people read more
