Conflict is inevitable, violence isn’t.
On this one day deepening training, you will further develop your learning about Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in the area of conflict.
During the day, you will practice the skills learned in your foundation training, with a particular focus on applying them to transform conflict:
- Explore how to resolve inner conflict
- Find new ways to help resolve conflicts with others
- Find out how to remain centred when in a situation of conflict
