About Us

Sophie and Sarri work with OpenEdge, OpenEdge  is an award-winning collective of specialists with 30 years experience working with a systemic lens and a wide range of transformative tools and approaches in anti-racism, equity, identity and difference, systemic change, conflict transformation, transformative justice and non-violent peace building, all embedded in Nonviolent Communication. We believe that all environmental, social, political, economic and personal struggles are interlinked, and the necessary paradigm shift happens when their shared origins are revealed. By meeting the roots of disconnection together in increased awareness, we can begin to access more honest, equitable and effective responses.

We come with life-long scholarship and praxis in an essential range of formal and informal fields of learning, and offer this very high calibre 101 with a powerful breadth of insight, wisdom, heart and commitment.
