Skills for Living in Integrity
Life often seems complicated and the decisions we need to take complex and overwhelming. Our minds are masters at spinning possible future szenarios and outcomes, but often these merely increase our sense of anxiety and dread than helping us decide what is needed now.
In this workshop I will bring together basic principles of NVC with awareness of the body. Through listening we encounter what we know and certainty and peace find us without our mind’s reasoning.
