Rainbow Mill NVC Community Camp

Come and join us at Rainbow Mill NVC Community Camp, a vibrant, week-long gathering set in a beautiful award winning eco campsite.

The camp is founded in the values and practices of Nonviolent Communication and all are welcome with or without previous experience of NVC. It’s a space where people of all backgrounds and life experiences are accepted, have a voice and take part.

We want the camp to provide a supportive and fun experience, where we can learn and grow our NVC skills and awareness. We encourage participants to make the most of connection, learning and practice opportunities by participating as much as you are able in community life, meetings and workshops.

During the first 2 days of the camp you will have the option to join a modular NVC Foundation training. This training, led by CNVC certified trainer Clare Palmer, will give you all the basic tools and principles of NVC.

If you are already experienced in NVC this introduction will offer the chance for you to refresh and deepen your awareness of feelings and needs, setting you up for the week ahead. If you’re new, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive Foundation training as well as the surrounding support and connection of the camp community. Other workshops and activities will also be provided for those who do not want to join the introduction programme.
