The Peace and Power Series

A nine month program, including three standalone retreats, to deeply integrate and embody the consciousness of Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

Now is the time to act, to come together and increase our power and resilience as we stand for peace. Time to build powerful and heart centred communities. Time to shine the light of compassion on ourselves for the benefit of us all on this remarkable planet. The foundation of this series is these three x five day retreats. 2 in Dorset, UK and one in Algarve, Portugal. You can choose to join us for any or all. If you choose all three retreats, then at no extra cost, you can join the full nine month program, including:
  • Weekly empathy buddy calls
  • Monthly group coaching with one of the trainers
  • Bi-monthly one-on-one online mentoring sessions
  • Support setting up local practice groups
THE FIRST RETREAT:- ❤ Find inner peace and build capacity for self compassion  ❤  The heart of NVC, the bedrock of all we do- the source of  our capacity to be compassionate. Many of us come to NVC to build peace in our world and soon learn that peace starts with the first step of self empathy and love.  We can break the cycle and chose kindness in the way we communicate with ourselves. To take this step and many beyond, we will explore a variety of topics, including:
  • Elicit life purpose
  • Move from pain of unmet needs to celebrating LIFE!
  • Live in the serenity of a balanced life – claim OUR spirituality
  • Develop an attitude of gratitude- expressing and receiving appreciation
  • Find inner freedom by transforming judgmental thinking, limiting beliefs and self-demands and de-programming our unhelpful patterns
  • Find Internal clarity by overcoming indecisiveness
  • Freedom from addiction and trauma
  • Reflection into action
  • Explore pathways to liberation
  • Work with our own and other people’s reactivity and intense emotions, in particular anger, guilt, shame, jealousy, and depression
