London – Level 1 NVC Foundation Training – In Person

I invite you to join me for a 2 day in person training in Central London where we will dive into the foundational principles and practices of Non Violent Communication (NVC).

Whether your interest is to influence your  professional, interpersonal, parental or personal communication style, we will explore together the transformational potential of NVC to support us to see and hear ourselves and others from a fresh perspective.  Armed this fresh perspective we will seek to uncover ways through and around challenging situations that may previously have seemed unimaginable.

During our 2 days together we will begin to:

• Get curious about why our current strategies might not be supporting connection
• Discover compassion and understanding for ourselves and others where there was previously blame and criticism
• Find ways to communicate our intentions that are more likely to be heard
• Tune our ears to hear what is really being said
• Get creative about finding solutions to dilemmas that honour everyone’s needs

The training will have an experiential focus drawing on small and large group activities and discussions to integrate the learning as a lived experience.

Fees:

Individual rates (If you are paying for the training from your own pocket)

• £210: If you earn less than £20k before tax
• £260: If you earn £20k – £30k before tax
• £335: If you earn £30k – £45k before tax
• £410: If you earn more than £45k before tax

Organisation rates – (If your employer is paying for your place on the training)

• £310: Small Charity rate (fewer than 15 employees)
• £360: Public sector / Large Charity rate (NHS, local Council, large charity, Education)
• £430: Private sector rate: (If you work for a profit-making company)

I ask you to consider our mutual needs for sustainability when you choose what to pay. If cost is a barrier to participating please get in touch and let me know what works for you.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel up to 1 week before the start date I am willing to refund your contribution less £10 admin fee, or transfer your booking to a future training.  If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before the start date I am happy to  transfer your booking to a future training.
