Living your values with confidence on a 3-day NVC residential and meet your need for personal growth, learning, healing, building community, authentic connection, fun and laughter. The venue itself is on the edge of the countryside which provides space for relaxing walks and a deep sense of peace.

We invite all those who have completed The Life-changing Communication Course (the basics of NVC/ Level One) and more. Come and join us and experience the spirit of NVC, dive deep into it and learn how to go with the flow and live in the moment what is alive in you.

We are offering facilitated sessions on request:

  • NVC sessions
  • Mindfulness and meditation
  • Yoga

There will also be space for you to offer your own sessions or topics.

Our intention for this Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Residential

  • Meeting like-minded people, getting to know each other and experiencing NVC community.
  • Creating honest and authentic connection with yourself and others.
  • Experiencing a space of personal growth and learning.
  • Developing and practising self-empathy, empathy and self-expression.
  • Taking the opportunity for stillness, reflection and spaciousness.

When and Where

Date: Thursday to Sunday , 5 – 8 September 2024.
Times: Starting Thursday, arrival between 15:00 – 18:00 and finishing Sunday 15:30.
Venue: Maitreya House, Lower Maescoed, Hereford, HR2 0HP.

Trainers

Shantigarbha, certified with the Center for Nonviolent Communication.
Gesine Schrader, certified with the Center for Nonviolent Communication.
Frances Brooke, Yoga teacher over 3o years and NVC enthusiast for seven years.

Self-catering

The Residential team will provide a menu, organic food and vegan/veggie recipes. We will prepare and cook the meals as a community. Together we take care of the communal space.
