Harvesting 2020: Did you miss it?
29th Nov 2020 -
4pm-6pm (UK time)
£40
Led by: Shona Cameron | Contact Shona

We feel a bit disturbed that we kind of end up missing November out!
What if the time for harvesting is necessary? And we all miss it?
In a year where we've all lived with so much uncertainty, we can offer some certainty.
The seasons stay the same! Too obvious to say? Yet here we are still in Autumn* and the shops are full of Christmas! We started to wonder....Do we end up with a winter full of over indulgence, because we are not harvesting?Firstly, not slowing down to look at what we DO have, what we have gained this year? Secondly, maybe we are too full of stuff, grief and loss? This has built up over the year. We go numb, then we end up stuffing ourselves to try and feel something? AND How many of us are still in shock about what happened in March? Leaving us stuck two seasons on the past... trying to harvest that? We want to break these cycles and make sure we spend time harvesting. You are invited to an online workshop space to:
- reflect on where you are now before rushing into the holidays.
- gather what 2020 has bought, despite all its challenges.
- enjoy what and who we are NOW and a chance to shed what is not needed.
Are we missing out November?
Not just the month but the season, the nature of this time of year. THE time to consider what we have gathered and prepare us to move into winter. We want to choose what to take with us into 2021 and what to let go of. Leaving space within ourselves to enjoy the holidays without overindulging.SUNDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 4 pm UK time. This live and interactive session will be for 2 hours (with a break) with Shona Cameron (Psychologist) and Sandrine Miesch (Coach)
