Learn how to transform triggers, unravel communication tangles, decode unspoken messages, and release stuck patterns. Vajrasara, an experienced NVC trainer, weaves together her skills in NVC, Focusing, counselling & mindfulness, to support people to find conscious ways of relating: creating a loving inner world and greater connection and flow with others.
