Conflict is stressful when it happens. And what better way to come “home” than with support and in community.

Together with others we will engage in looking at the things that unnerve us most. This is vulnerable, because it always reveals more about us, even when we like to believe that it’s all about them. In gentleness we explore what is happening and find ways to unfold the experience. This can be through role-play, conversation or following whatever other process might emerge.

Kirstin brings her experience of facilitating the “Conflict Practice Group” since over two years as well as her experience in somatic work supporting her to hold a safe container in which others can go through the process they need. In a way conflict is complex because there is more than one person involved and in another way it’s not because all experience lies in the eye of the beholder and so does the experience of conflict. If this doesn’t make sense to you, come and join us and hopefully it will make more sense in the end.
