An online membership programme offering a coherent framework for creating work cultures in which people thrive.
The coronavirus pandemic has turned our worlds upside down. The previously impossible is the new reality. What has been taken for granted can no longer be relied upon - and amongst the often tragic consequences of efforts to curtail the spread of the virus, unexpected depths of support, care and collaboration have emerged.
How can we capture this 'good' and make it into common workplace practice? How is our 'now' challenging our previous assumptions about what could be done? How does our present state amplify what visionary thinkers and spiritual leaders have been trying to tell us about work and society?
We do not pretend to have all the answers to 'Business as Unusual'. Instead, we offer ourselves as avid resource investigators, curators, possibility workers and facilitators.
We invite you into a community of explorers, thinkers and doers, united by a desire to create work cultures that recognise people's deepest needs for meaning and to know that they matter. Together, we will share experiences, challenge each others' thinking and integrate our knowledge and understanding of what works.
