Curious about Nonviolent Communication but not sure where to start? This free taster session gives you a live, embodied experience of all three Doorways — Empathy in Presence, Authentic & Sensitive Expression, and Embodied Mediation — before you commit to anything.

NVC is a practical, learnable approach to infusing empathy, honesty, strength, and compassion into personal and professional relationships. Working live means meeting you in the moment, attending to what’s most alive for you right now — so a taster session is the fastest way to feel what these courses actually offer before enrolling.

Each course stands alone; complete all three to gain a Level 1 Foundation NVC certification recognised by CNVC.
