Earth Harvesting

FREE

Stand alone 3 hour retreats.

We will lean into the longest day & the longest night of the winter and summer solstice and be held in balance of equal light & dark at the equinoxes.

Wherever you are in the world the rhythm of the solstice & equinox will be there!

Using the rhythm of the sun and the energy of the season we will pause, reflect, perhaps a little more deeply, how our emotional landscape is doing.

  • What are the longings of our hearts?
  • Is there a need begging for our attention?
  • Are there parts of us whose needs we have been ignoring?
  • What is blocking us from meeting needs?
  • What requests might we make to support us on the path in service of all needs human or otherwise.

Equinox 22nd March 2026 10.30  – 13:30 GMT

Solstice  21st June 2026  10.30am – 13:00 GMT

Equinox  20th September 2026 10.30am – 13:00 GMT

Solstice 20th December 2026 10.30am – 13:00 GMT

  • Stand alone 3 hour retreats.
  • Be in company, resist business & doing and instead  embrace resting in reflection.
  • A space to sink deeper into our bodies to see what is calling us to be guided into needs consciousness.
  • A space where grief and mourning can flow and be witnessed.
  • A place to share celebrations of met needs and pleasant feelings.
  • Gentle guided meditation
  • Whole group togetherness and groups of threes in break out rooms.

Preparations for these mini retreats.

  • Think about the space you would like to create when we are online together.  What would nourish you?  Slippers? Blanket? Warm drink, essential oils? Candles? chocolates?  Flowers, something from nature?
  • Pens, crayons, paper, journal
  • I invite you to pretend that the session begins earlier and ends later so that you can approach and wind down with some gentleness on your system.

I encourage you to resist the jobs list and take this time for reflection & orientation.
