For over a decade, my NVC practice has helped others cultivate an authentic and
compassionate state of being by drawing both on their own innate capacity to care for others and their desire to make an inner shift to bring increased well-being.

My work with people is informed by my own unique experience of community building, connection to nature and navigating tensions within myself and with others for many years.

I warmly invite you to work with me either online or in-person, whether you are a professional, a couple, an individual or organisation.  Working with me via coaching or training can support you to see more clearly your patterns and habits, how to transform them and generate increased  connection, clarity and harmoney in your relationships.

I’ve facilitated dozens of workshops, worked with organisations, coached numerous couples and individuals, been the circle lead for the UK Annual Gathering of NVC Facilitators,    hosted an NVC candidate assessment event and am currently part of an International Intensive Training organising team.

Across contexts, common themes for those seeking the benefits of what NVC has to
offer include, not feeling heard, repeated misunderstandings, difficulties expressing oneself honestly, lacking clarity about what is not working, and being unable to make changes and/or transform
anger.

A bit about me

I live in a small off-grid community in County Durham, UK, with my partner, two adolescent children, several sheep and a couple of wily cats (among an abundance of wildlife).

My surroundings offer me the daily balm of open skies, soothing woodland, wild meadows, a flowing river and the song of the birds.  However, this lifestyle does not render me isolated!  I’ve spent over a decade immersed in the practice of NVC here in the UK and beyond — the kind of  immersion that only comes from a transformative experience, and a great deal of social engagement.
