Conflict in close and intimate relationships

Us humans being social creatures, the quality of our relationships has a big impact on our well-being and health. Doing relationships well is actually an art and also the greatest school about ourselves and what it means to be human and alive in this world that we will ever find. We are all tender and usually trying to find a way together with others and when things have tension or even fall apart in our close or intimate relationships it hurts a lot. 

Come with any of your tensions big or small in your family, spousal, living, friendship or neighborhood relationships. And let’s explore together through gentle dialogue and roleplay what it is that’s challenging and maybe discover some new possible avenues.

We’ll meet this Saturday 8th November at 10am to practice in a tender and playful way what is otherwise scary.
