Malvern – Evening Practice Group

I lead the group with gentle guidance and tailor it to what people bring; what’s alive. So we tend to check around the group for what participants want to work on.  I have a flexible plan to use if I think it would be helpful at the time for the individuals in the group. I like to make room for everyone’s current feelings, taking into account everyone’s needs in the moment.
