Transforming Lives Through Embodied Relational Presence

From Inspiration to Integration

My journey into Nonviolent Communication (NVC) began with a moment that forever shaped my calling. During a transformative training, I watched Marshall Rosenberg connect with a man who could only express distress through loud moaning. Marshall’s compassionate, grounded presence helped the man rediscover his humanity — and in that moment, I realised that presence itself can be profoundly healing.

That experience became my North Star: to offer that same quality of transformative presence to others, and to help reweave the threads of empathy, embodiment, and awareness back into human and ecological life.

Embodied Relational Presence — Integrating NVC, Focusing, and Mindfulness

My work weaves together Nonviolent Communication, Focusing, and Mindfulness into an approach I call Embodied Relational Presence — a somatically-oriented way of being that cultivates deep self-connection, authentic expression, and compassionate relationship.

This approach invites us to listen not only with our minds and hearts, but also through the body — as an instrument of empathy and wisdom — restoring our natural capacity for attunement, resilience, and creative response.

In a time of ecological and social crisis, I see this embodied, relational awareness as essential to our collective healing and regeneration — transforming reactivity into presence, and despair into empowered action.

Holistic Support for Growth and Healing

I support individuals, couples, and groups through coaching, facilitation, and training that integrates personal healing with relational and ecological awareness. My work includes support for:

  • Somatically orientated NVC for Wellbeing, personal and community thriving.
  • Depression, anxiety, and trauma recovery

  • Relationship and communication skills

  • Mediation and conflict transformation

  • Cultivating resilience and purpose

Each encounter is grounded in the principles of NVC — empathy, honesty, and connection — alongside somatic awareness and mindful presence.

A Vision for Regenerative Change

I believe that personal transformation and systemic change are inseparable. My work and activism focus on ecological regeneration, social equity, and nonviolent living, supporting grassroots and community-led initiatives that embody these values.

True transformation, for me, happens where personal empowerment meets collective action, where we rediscover our belonging in the larger web of life.
