Transforming Lives Through Presence: A Journey from Inspiration to Impact

My calling crystallized during a transformative training event years ago, as I witnessed Marshall Rosenberg's profound ability to connect with a man who could only express distress through loud moaning. Watching Marshall's empathetic presence help this individual find his balance and humanity moved me so deeply it helped me connect with a core value: to offer this quality of transformative presence to the world. This vision has become my North Star and driving passion.

Holistic Support for Personal and Professional Flourishing

I support individuals and couples through specialized coaching for recovery and wellness (addressing things like depression, anxiety, panic attacks) while teaching essential life skills for interpersonal relationships and communication, including mediation. My approach combines inspired intention with compassionate support, empowering you to expand into your full creative , authentic and wholehearted potential.

A Vision for Regenerative Change

My life's work actively campaigns for ecological regeneration, social equity, and nonviolent living. I'm dedicated to supporting grassroots initiatives and co-creating meaningful, regenerative change for a better world—because I believe true transformation happens when personal empowerment meets collective action.

34 Years of Integrated Practice and Teaching

Since 2005, I've been a CNVC Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer, uniquely integrating NVC with my 30+ years of Mindfulness practice and certified BFA Focusing approach. This embodied approach ,emphasizes Presence and quality of Being - Embodied Relational Presence, creating profound shifts in how people connect with themselves and others.

Community Building and Social Action

With community as a core value, I founded the Irish NVC Community National Gatherings and have facilitated year-long transformational programs like "Knowing, Living, Connecting" at An Tionol, County Galway. My commitment to social change includes serving as consultant, mediator, and NVC trainer for Extinction Rebellion, alongside volunteer work with the Samaritans and membership in the Triratna Buddhist Order.

Academic and Corporate Impact

As an Associate Mindfulness Teacher at Cambridge University (2017–2023), I've pioneered the integration of NVC into Mindfulness-based approaches. My work extends to executive coaching at the Møller Institute, Cambridge University, and delivering transformational training to blue chip companies including Google and Microsoft.

Connecting with you!

At the end of the day, my NVC work and approach is really about quality of connection, especially with you, a fellow Human Being.  I am excited at this possibility, so please do feel free to reach out and connect with me to sense forward what might make your life more wonderful and in the fresh edge of life.
