True Honesty that Connects

Learn how to be more you in relationships and to speak what's in your heart fully, while building strong caring bonds with others. In this workshop, we will work together towards speaking our full truth with care for others. There will be some theory and some practice. Being radically honest can help us build closer and more authentic relationships- even though it seems counterintuitive. The catch is doing it in a way that is both responsible and that shows care for others. 4 Zoom 75 min. sessions (once weekly), Facebook group for peer support and to ask me questions, plus materials for reading and practice in between sessions. Times for Zoom meetings will be decided with participants, there will be one call a week.
