The Contradictory Journey Of The Nature Of The Heart

The path that is listening to our needs and longings can at times be a fierce one.  One that asks a growing trust to stay with what is alive for us at any given moment. Why would you approach what can feel like an all consuming fire of inner experience that screams at you to run. This is the contradiction.  That in fact, maybe bringing our compassionate presence to the experience allows life to breathe and unfold.
