Relationship Skills 101 – Compassionate Conversations Intro.

Relationship skills for everyday life, through the transformative steps 

of NVC dialogue inside and out.

A one day foundation level workshop.

Where? Kirby Muxloe Free Church, Main St. 

Leicester LE9 2AN

When? Saturday April 20th 2024 One day; 9.30-5pm

How much? £ 45 – £120 for the day, a sliding scale to cover expenses and support sustainability while acknowledging variations in terms of means and willingness to donate. The invitation is to choose an amount within capacity, with consideration for contribution, ( currently, vet bills for my elderly dog companion ) including below the minimum requested. All are welcome and your presence valued. 

What will be included? Listening skills, honest expression and skills for harmony.  This will provide an overview of NVC consciousness,  the 3 zones of attention, the 4 keys to connected language and some core principles and practices like The Big Balance and The Great Entanglement! Take away essential tools in your relational tool kit.

About your workshop facilitator Annie Scott; 

Annie has been studying NVC for over 20 years and is passionate about sharing the invaluable gifts she has found in it, as part of contributing to more compassionate connection and wellbeing in the world.  She is married with four grown children, a dog and two cats living in Leicester. 

She has a background in counselling and life coaching as well as doula work. Her special interests are in deep listening, inner healing, reconciliation and transformation.
