Rainbow mill is a community led camp, with a maximum of 50 people, welcoming people of all ages and levels of experience, who wish to practice learn and share NVC
The vision for camp is to create a community where there is care for everyone, where everyone's needs matter. The ethos and principles of NVC give us a framework for approaching this, and we do this together as a community.
The daily community gatherings give people the opportunity to raise any issues, and includes a process of requests and offers to plan workshops and other activities for that day.
We deliberately don't have a leadership team making decisions and running the camp on a day to day basis, we invite people to be present to what is alive in them and those around them and work together to create the community.
