In the safe container of a caring group of people we can explore the conflicts that we don’t know what to do with our how to approach.

Thorough the process of exploring the different roles that take part we can find out more about what is “in the field” and often discover perspectives or important pieces that shed new light or offer a puzzle piece for transforming the conflict in us. Sometimes this can bring transformation in our dynamic relationships too.

As we step into the role of someone else we discover emotions and thoughts that can bring unexpected insight for ourselves.
