What happens when the so-called honeymoon phase is over? How do you retain a healthy intimate relationship, allowing it to thrive and grow?

Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication, emphasised the importance of honesty and empathy in intimate relationships. Honestly and vulnerably expressing what’s in your heart can create connection and be received as love. Empathy creates connection, is received as love, and supports healing.

This six-week introductory course will help you to communicate more deeply with your partner. You can come with your partner or on your own.
