Limiting core beliefs are deeply ingrained thoughts and attitudes that you might hold about yourself, others and the world. These often stem from past experiences and shape your behavior and reactions. They can create stuck patterns and hinder your ability to grow and evolve. They can trap you in negative thought cycles that hold you back from achieving your goals and living a fulfilling life.
Join us on May 19 2023 for a 2.5 hr online workshop on
Self-Compassion and Core-beliefs.
Self-compassion or self-empathy is a powerful tool which can help you transform limiting core-beliefs through self-awareness and kindness to yourselves. While changing core beliefs can take time, the practice of self-empathy can help you break free from old patterns and develop resilience. It will give you the strength needed to make lasting changes and live a more authentic and joyful life!
