This invitation is for you if you have 10 or more days of training – perhaps you are a candidate on the path to becoming a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC). In other words we do not see this as a suitable space for ‘beginners’ or even ‘intermediate’ NVC practioners.
Inviting Play – NVC Role Play Club invites play in service of supporting the work that is serious. We, Barry Jones (CNVC Certified Trainer) and Ember Burns (candidate) bring groundedness, vulnerability, fun and energy. We offer this dedicated online space to practice, build skills and fluency. We are in awe that we are now on series 7!
This event is for you if you feel scared about role play want to practise. We expect that you will have a lot of fun and gain confidence.
Listen – Over the last 6 series we have developed something really special. We so delight in the celebrations in the feedback and the profound gift that has been the qualities in the space. We select scenarios for our role plays from the CNVC Certification Preparation Packet, from real life examples that we prepare and at the same time you are welcome, even invited to bring your own. We will mirror how role plays are conducted at assessment events organised by the English Speaking European Assessment Team (ESEAT). To seek clarity, our focus is more towards role play in service of preparation for assessment than other ways in which role play in NVC can be used in NVC, for example, personal work. And we accept that sometimes personal work and growth are present in our practise.
About Money – As we work towards post scarcity space communism, on our journey we invite contributions towards our subsistence. This work is hoped to support Ember attending the UK IIT.
For three months community membership (6 session’s) we invite contributions on a sliding scale of £300 – £120. This amount enables us to limit the size of group to around 10, as we find that this really supports a quality of deep connection and everyone to have a generous amount of time in each role.
At the same time, we don’t want access to financial resources to be a barrier to becoming a member of the community. If our request for money isn’t sustainable for you, please get in touch.
