Relationships, Family, Work.. Living with ourselves and with others is not always easy. Do you find yourself arguing with your partner about little things or feeling constantly helpless about being a parent or connecting with your parents, or feeling like nobody will ever be able to understand you?
A compassionate and honest relationship with ourselves helps us to obtain balance and joy in our lives. And yet listening to and communicating our deeper needs in an authentic, compassionate way is something our current culture and society does not teach us.
What will I learn?
The practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) offers simple but extremely powerful tools , to better understand ourselves and each other and to find solutions that work for everyone through observation, compassion and honesty.
In this introductory course of 8 meetings for beginners, we will examine:
– How to communicate with sincerity and honesty without judgement or criticizing?
– How to listen to others with curiosity and presence which brings trust into the relationship?
– How to listen to yourself and recognize your deepest needs?
– How to find a connection in conflict?
– How can empathy help us to understand our uncomfortable feelings?
– and much much more!
HOW?
In a closed online group, in a safe environment, we will practice the NVC method through demonstrations, role-plays and exercises. You will be invited to work with real-life examples from your life for an interactive experience and a real integration of NVC philosophy and skills into everyday life.

How Much do I pay?
I use a sliding scale system in order to make this course inclusive and accessible to people from different financial circumstances to attend, whilst keeping it sustainable for me to offer the course. I also like that money is given to me as a form of gratitude for the work that we do together as it supports me to receive it more joyfully.
So I ask that you choose an amount between £250-450 which takes into account, my time and expereince and yet also feels comfortable for you to offer. If this system is confusing and you prefer to be given an amount you can follow the guidline bellow:
£250 – low / no income
£350- Regular income
£450 – Comfortable income and supporting others on a low income (the extra amount you offer will make this course available to up to up to 2 x people who will receive a subsudised ticket and may not have been able to attend otherwise.)
You can also choose to pay a deposit of £75 now and the remainder at the end of the course OR pay the full amount now.
The course will run with a minimum of 8 participants, if this number is not reached you will be refunded or the course will postponed.
