To participate in an Encounter Group, the initial group membership is eight consecutive weeks at a sliding scale of $200 – $400. After the first eight weeks, you can continue your membership at a sliding scale of $100 – $200 / four weeks

Nearly every week for the last three years, my friend Simon and I have met for an hour-long Zoom conversation. We first met at a virtual international intensive training in nonviolent communication.
Simon, a Nonviolent Communication trainer and Mediator out of the US, is one of my best friends and a consistent source of empathic support in my life, and in addition to listening to and holding space for each other as we’ve gone through life’s ups and downs, we’ve spoken at length about our worries about the words and behaviours that we witness from some men around us, both those closer to us as well as those in the public sphere.
Through our conversations, we’ve realised that we’re passionate about cocreating spaces for men to share their unique challenges as men with other men, all in service of becoming better leaders. That said, the leadership that we care to cultivate is not deciding what is right or wrong and implementing decisions upon others, but rather developing the ability to deeply listen to and understand what’s important to others, and lead as a form of service.
With that in mind, Simon and I have decided to cocreate a space that we wish to see in the world…
We’re starting and co-facilitating a new Encounter Group, this one for men only, and we’re looking for eight men ready to join us and explore power, relationship, communication, and pain together.
