John Kinyon is a the creator of the Mediate Your Life approach, a mediator and certified global trainer with CNVC. He is dedicated to transforming conflict into understanding and collaboration through empathic communication

You will learn the Mediate Your Life (MYL) conflict coaching and mediation framework, grounded in mindfulness, deep empathy, and the 3 Chair Model. Together we will explore how to support clients navigating inner tension, interpersonal breakdown, and the raw, unhealed pain of past experiences. We will practice the art of reconciliation—not just as a method, but as a way of being.

Through shared silence, guided practice, group conversation, and the beauty of the land itself, we will reconnect to what gives our work meaning: being a presence of connection and peace in a fragmented world.
