Me, you, us
A three part course exploring ourselves and our relationships, grounded in the principles and tools of Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
Three Wednesday evenings: 6 March, 3 April, 1 May 2019
7 – 9.30 pm including half an hour connection time after the session
Suitable for everyone interested in gaining insights and skills to deepen their own self-knowledge and connections with others – ideal for those new to NVC as well as those who have prior experience. The course is designed to be repeated as these are big topics where further exploration will bring more rewards as you practice and improve your skills.
The skills you'll learn will be equally useful with your partner, children, relatives, co-workers or customers, friends or even the call centre worker on the other end of the phone!
Sessions will include explanation and guidance from experienced facilitator Clare Palmer, plenty of practice, time to share your own experiences and learn and be inspired by others in the group in a friendly, safe atmosphere. Handouts and drinks provided.
Clare has been on her journey with NVC since 2000 and a certified trainer since 2013, holding many workshops, courses and gatherings and providing individual and couples' support. She creates a safe, friendly and welcoming space and is able to bring clarity, understanding, deep empathic listening and plenty of useful and practical handouts and tips to take away!
