2025 Theme – Becoming Grounded
We have always had a theme; in 2016 we integrated the Brexit referendum result; in 2017, 2018 and 2019, we explored Community, Belonging and Play respectively. On our return post-pandemic in 2024, we focussed on Collaboration.
For 2025, the theme is Becoming grounded or Returning to Groundedness – which is all about getting curious about and taking responsibility for our own nervous system experience. The theme can relate to interpersonal situations as well as larger scale, social and political contexts .. so whatever you are interested in, it will relate to the theme.
The listening circles will focus on this as a theme.
All-ages gathering
This is an all-ages gathering. Children are welcome to come with parents/guardians. There will be an All-ages Listening circle to include children and Session 1 will have an All-ages option. Children must be supervised by parent/guardians at all times. Read our Safeguarding assessment here.
Workshops and Volunteering on the day
We (or maybe you) will offer different kinds of workshop; something for the complete beginner, something more intermediate, some embodied practices and something with systemic/political focus. Let us know here if you are interested in offering/exploring something.
We will also have a ‘Needs’ collage/ craft table.
Olden Gardens – a sanctuary space in North London
The venue is a delight and you might want to explore the 2 acre oasis at this peak flowering time. More info here
