Intro to NVC

In this session, you will practice self empathy for different parts of yourself in an INNER CONFLICT. Examples of inner conflict are:

  • Being in emotional turmoil about increasing number of things
  • Having difficulty deciding or feeling overwhelmed
  • Beating yourself up for something you have done
  • Beating yourself up for not changing a habit
  • Being deeply worried about things and unable to let go
  • Being torn between two options and deeply anxious about making the ‘wrong choice’
  • Feeling hopeless, paralysed and stuck

Let’s acknowledge with care: It’s absolutely exhausting and drains your life energy.

We will dialogue compassionately with each part of your experience, in order to bring them to the surface. After a demo, we will work in groups of 2.

Please note: This session is for people Post Foundation training only. Please do not sign up if you haven’t done a foundation training.
