About:

This is a 3 day option to increase your conflict facilitation practice to include:

•        navigating your own conflicts,
•        supporting others to navigate their conflicts,
•        transforming enemy images,
•        mediation preparation and practice,
•        understanding and healing from power dynamics
•        building containers for conflict transformation
•        understanding nervous system responses in conflict,
•        bystander intervention & de-escalation.

It is also possible to book for individual days and people will be joining for each individual day, but am encouraging you to think of it as a community of practice over 2025, with encouragement to stay connected between sessions, and to do all 3 days if possible.

I have been grappling with ways of utilising communication strategies and structures to transform conflict since around 2015 and love the work. You can find out more about me here.

This could be a good option for you if you want a regular group of people to work through conflicts you are witness to and also if you want to hold space for conflict in a more formal way as a mediator, but also in a more informal way, by showing up with NVC consciousness in your groups and relationships.
