Level 1: NVC Foundation – 6x Thursday evenings

This Foundation course is offered through Woodbrooke, the Quaker Study Centre.  We will cover the core skills of Nonviolent Communication including empathy, self-empathy and dialogue.  We will also explore what is nonviolent about NVC and place your NVC practice within a spiritual context.
