Do you long to live in integrity with your values from the inside out?

Nonviolent Communication principles and practices can help you lead your life from a place of deep calm and connectedness.

Perhaps you do not manage to treat yourself as well as you treat others.

Perhaps you lose your temper or patience, or do not dare to speak truthfully.

Or perhaps your inner state is less peaceful and joyful than you know it can be.

Changing your life around and showing up in a way you feel satisfied with requires first that you know yourself intimately and to develop a relationship with yourself that is accepting, empathetic and kind.

The Foundation for Presence and Empathy

This intensive programme is designed for those seeking to deepen their relationship with themselves—the essential foundation for authentic connection with others. This course is for anyone longing to lead with integrity and create positive change—whether you’re in a formal leadership role or simply leading yourself.

The ability to recognise what you’re experiencing moment-by-moment creates the internal awareness from which genuine empathy flows. When we cultivate a nonviolent relationship with ourselves, we access a deeper capacity to remain clear-thinking, relate authentically, and catalyse positive change.

Showing up authentically and empathetically begins with deep self-knowledge, the moment by moment awareness of your inner drives and motivations, your feelings, thoughts and needs.

Understanding others becomes possible only when you truly understand yourself.

Relating to others is the extension of how you relate to yourself.

This course helps you build the foundations to show up nonviolently and powerfully you.

“Nati crafts her interactive communication training sessions with the flow of artistry and the precision of science. I learned more about scary honesty and true honesty that draws people closer together, instead of apart, than any other Nonviolent Communication or any communication course I have ever experienced.”
