  • Would you like to bring more peace and compassion to your relationships and your life?
  • Would you like to find new ways to communicate and resolve conflicts?
  • Would you like to be able to understand and meet more of your needs and those of the people around you - in your family, at work, in the community?
This one day introductory workshop will give you an understanding of the key concepts and principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). You will learn about some practical tools and methods to help you connect with your underlying needs and values and those of the people around you, so that you will be able to approach relationships  - and yourself - with greater understanding, choice and compassion. We will work in pairs and small groups, reflecting on and using our own experiences. There will be plenty of opportunities to practice your new skills in a safe, friendly environment. The number of participants is limited to 12. Babies-in-arms (non-mobile) are welcome in the workshop, to support the participation of parents.
