IS NVC for you? Are you struggling to connect in a relationship?   Are you continually disappointed with life?   Are you stretched beyond capacity?   Do you drift away from people in unresolved conflict?   Or are you often in head to head conflict with people? If yes to any of the above, you might benefit from a breakthrough way of approaching communication with yourself and others.
This workshop will offer a dynamic and embodied introduction to Nonviolent communication (NVC).

What happens in a workshop?

This workshop will offer a dynamic and embodied introduction to Nonviolent communication (NVC) which supports a greater awareness of the dynamics that play out in your life and gives very practical compassionate support to navigate them.
We will strengthen understanding of Key Concepts and Principles, such as distinguishing between the following: Observation (and Evaluation) Feelings (and thinking about how you are feeling) Needs (and strategies) Request (and Demand or No Request) and Key Tools such as Empathic listening, Self-Empathy, Empowered self-expression
We will use these Concepts, Principles and Tools to navigate situations and challenges in your  Personal or Working life,  to move some energy where there is stuckness.
You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the 1 day training.
