Intermediate Level 2 – Transforming Conflict – London

If you work with individuals or groups, on a voluntary basis or in a paid capacity, you will know that conflict always emerges.

Do you want to explore the potential of NVC to intervene in your own conflicts and support others in tricky situations?

Do you want to figure out exactly how ‘Observations Feelings Needs and Requests’ (and related tools) help us navigate very stormy waters?

Have you done at least a Foundation Training in NVC?

This session will enable you to:

• feel more confident to communicate in conflict situations without blame, shame or judgement.
• take  inner  steps to transform conflict
• transform enemy images and humanise the other
• intervene safely in situations of conflict
• be more resourced in tense situations
• stay grounded in empathic expression and empathic listening in tense situations

The session will involve reflection, discussion, practice and role play.

These intermediate sessions are part of a series organised by London trainers.

(If you have a Comfortable lifestyle, regularly paying a similar amount for course, OR if an employer is paying for this course.)

You can choose to:

• pay up front
• or pay in 2 installments (50% now and 50% 14 days before the start of the training)

What to do:

• once I’ve given you a discount code, please select the lowest price ticket

• you will then have the option to pay the discounted price in 2 instalments.

1) that this training is financially accessible for everyone and that your needs arounds sustainability are acknowledged

I have worked in this way since 2015 and have found that participants enjoy the option to choose how much they want to pay, that it builds trust and connection. From my perspective, quite magically, I have always received an amount that makes it sustainable for me to put on these trainings.

If you regularly pay for personal development or travel regularly, please contribute something near to what you might pay for a similar course.

Of course, sometimes you can’t or there are other needs you have which mean you don’t want to. In the case of uncertainty, please communicate with me. However, I’m not asking anyone to justify their choices to me.

If you cancel up to 1 week before the start date, I am willing to refund your contribution less £5 admin fee or transfer to a future training.

If you cancel less than 1 week before start date, I can transfer your booking to a future training.
