Deciding to dive deep into Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a big step—and it’s natural to want to know exactly who will be guiding and supporting you on that journey.

Whether you have already booked, you’re still thinking about it to book your place or you are just curious about what “this NVC IIT in the UK” is all about, we would love to  invite you to a special Online Meet & Greet on Thursday, 12 March, where you can get a true “flavor” of what an International Intensive Training of Nonviolent Communication is all about before you come or even decide to come.

What you can expect …

Beyond just a Q&A, we want to give you a practical tool you can use immediately. Shantigarbha, one of our five NVC trainers, will be leading a powerful 20–30 minute taster exercise:

“Translating the Inner Critic: From ‘Enemy Images’ to Human Needs” Learn the life-changing skill of hearing the ‘tragic expression of unmet needs’ behind your own self-judgments and the criticisms of others. Discover a more compassionate way to relate to yourself and the world.

Join Us and …

  •  Connect with Shantigarbha, one of our trainers, and the organizers who will be hosting and supporting the event.
  •  See if our teaching style resonates with you and experience the impact of NVC firsthand.
  •  Bring your practical questions about the IIT—from the schedule to the “heart-work” involved.
