Healing the past and creating the life you desire

Join Clare Palmer and Graham Timmins in the leafy village of Great Bromley for a weekend of immersion in the practice and experience of Nonviolent Communication, in an intimate and cosy venue provided by Dorothy. Clare and Graham have a wealth of experience in holding workshops and spaces and supporting people to explore and grow. This event is designed for people who have prior experience of NVC or of similar practices which include self-awareness, willingness to reflect and to listen to others. From our point of power in the present moment we’ll look back to what we have brought with us that needs attention, and forward to the new stories we want to write. Clare and Graham have co-created a rich and varied menu of exercises and processes which we will choose from according the needs alive in the group, with topics including a Life Review in relation to Values, Intention and Attention, Supporting Empathy, Inner Space, Triggers, Core Beliefs and Gratitude. With two trainers and a group limited to 12, this will be a safe space for deep connection and accelerated learning.  We also imagine time for relaxation, maybe a walk in the countryside, fun and community! For greatest ease, snacks, refreshments and a simple lunch will be provided, and please also bring some favourite foods to share if that’s doable for you logistically. You also have the option of staying as a B and B guest hosted by local participants at a cost of £25 for the two nights, Friday and Saturday - simple accommodation and breakfast.
