After the Foundation: Refresher Day

A two day Foundation Training is like learning a whole new way of thinking and communicating. Our systems sometimes need time to integrate new learning and get into the habit of doing things different. It can take support, commitment and practice to make the changes that we want in the ways that we communicate. This follow on day is an opportunity to review and deepen the skills learnt on your Foundation training. Even if your Foundation course was years ago, come and brush up on the basics which underpin living with an NVC consciousness. Together we will:

• review the NVC process and some of the core skills
• Celebrate successes and give attention to those places where there is still work to do
• Use the NVC Dancefloors
• work with real situations that you want to practice on
• get to know others learning and using NVC

(Pre-requisite: 2 day foundation training or equivalent)
