Basics of NVC – Oxford

One-day workshop facilitated by Ruud Baanders This workshop covers all the basics you need for a solid start in living and working with NVC. This workshop is also useful as a refresher if you have done already an introduction into NVC some time ago. In this lively workshop you will develop a thorough understanding of the NVC process, whilst practicing on your own situations, often experiencing surprising outcomes. The NVC way of expressing yourself honestly with respect for yourself and the other(s), has the potential to build connections that are mutually satisfying and fulfilling, at home and at in the workplace. It will make you feel truly empowered! We work in a small group (6-10) of participants which will very quickly create a safe atmosphere atmosphere of trust and support, a safe place to speak out and to try new things out. A workshop run by a very experienced International Certified NVC trainer with a broad international experience in running NVC workshops.
