Depolarize this! Finding Voice & Connection in Polarization

Join us for an 8-week journey on understanding polarization: within us, around us, and across the conversations that have stopped working.

Together we will explore the systemic forces that feed these divides and what we can do about them. We will practice tools and hone skills to find our way to compassion and connection without losing our voice.

We will meet the pain and loss these divides cost us, and start forging ways to nurture the relationships that matter to us inside a divided reality.

Are there topics where division runs so deep you don’t even know how to talk about them to your workmates, neighbours, or even loved ones? Are you noticing deep divisions and escalation on social media? We are affected by polarization in so many ways; the loss of parts of ourselves or relationships that matter, as well as the social impact, can run deep.

In “Depolarize This!” we will come together for an 8-week deep exploration of how to shift these dynamics within and around us.
