Over three rich, embodied days, Gina will lead you through a unique blend of physical expression and Nonviolent Communication, opening the door to more confidence, clarity, and connection in challenging conversations — both with yourself and with others.
Topics
During this workshop we will focus on the inner-outer aspect of the NVC Dance Floors. We will use self empathy to prepare for challenging dialogue. This will certainly involve the Self Empathy Dance, the Inner-Outer 13 Step Dance and probably the Inner-Outer Fluency Dance.
We will choose other inner dances as part of the self empathy according to the situations brought by participants, thereby both experiencing a range of Dance Floors and learning about choosing the best for each situation.Â
