Beyond a Story of Separation – An NVC Foundation with a Systemic Lens

Online offering over 5 x 2.5 hour sessions on Thursdays 6-8.30pm 15th May-12th June 2025

Together will develop a consciousness and tools that can help reveal and transform the mechanisms of the domination system we have inherited, internalised and continue to reproduce.

We will explore pathways to recovering power and agency, restoring connection and being in compassionate relationship with ourselves, each other and life.

Together we will build the muscles to walk ourselves into an emerging paradigm of living and relating, where we can meet what arises with care, hold it collaboratively, and engage with it as an invitation to realign with the flow of vital energy in our interdependent living system.

During this course, you will:

• Shift out of right/wrong deficit thinking and the blame game, into compassion for yourself and others
• Learn and practice tools to express yourself with authenticity whilst holding compassionate boundaries
• Build capacity to meet what emerges and receive others fully, and with resonance and empathy, whilst staying in your power, even when you disagree
• Transform life limiting beliefs and programs you are running
• Explore what it is to use power “with” others
• Bring a systemic lens to individual experience
• Engage with conflict to find what really matters

This course is for anyone who wants to develop personally or professionally and; liberate themselves from life limiting behaviours, connect and collaborate more deeply with others, grow capacity to stay in their power with love, and lead for the world their heart is longing for.
