* Living in the Reciprocity of Abundance and Gratitude

I am inspired to operate on an economic paradigm based on ‘Living in the Reciprocity of Abundance and Gratitude’ The amount you gift is up to you, perhaps taking into account (a) your sense of gratitude with what you receive from the session, (b) how much you might pay elsewhere for something similar (c) what you can afford, and (d) your desire to support this work in the world.

If it helps to calibrate to something more objective, then I would say, something between £10 and £15, and also honouring this is only a guideline.

I am inspired by participating in, and supporting the creation of close knit communities, teams and groups and in supporting you and others to become the best you can be is my passion. I believe with inspired intentionality, and with compassionate communal care and support, we can allow our wings to unfurl further and stretch out into their fullness.

My whole life is geared towards active campaigning for ecology, nature regeneration, and nonviolent communities. I also support grassroots initiatives and ecology movements and advocate for global social equity, working for sustainable communities and meaningful regenerative change, such as sharing in the emergence of NVC community, as we are doing here together, for example.

I have over 30 years of teaching and training in Mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication, Focusing, and Presence-related skills. Extensive experience in various settings, including the University of Cambridge, corporate, and educational establishments.
